Intel Core i7 will be released from NDA tomorrow, November 3 2008. This means many reviews will be published, so everyone will finally know the conclusive performance of Core i7.
I can't say at this point whether this coincides with the release of the chips, but I know some suppliers in Australia already have the chips and motherboards.

An NDA only applies to the people who signed it. If I find out some info about Core i7 (or anything else), I haven't signed any NDA and I'm free to release it. (And Intel would be free to deny it. )

Yes, apparently so. Of course, release will be the true test of this. From what is being leaked, Deneb can handle high voltages easily, and keeps relatively cool with an excellent air cooling.
They are easy to overclock to said 4.0 mark.

I know EVGA is awesome but things can change. I try not to be to fan boyish any more. I used to love MSI boards but now there boards are pretty much crap compared to whats out now.
Anyways this chip seems sweet, I may put off my build and save up to get one.

6Ghz has been happening since the E8600 was released (and probably before with the E8500 but I forget). However, if you meant 6Ghz quad cores I doubt we will see that till Westmere (and obviously on LN2).
Anyway any updates on your build plans? NDA has been lifted and components are showing up in online stores (and some retail stores before Intel shut them down lol).
